Acceptable forms of verification include account statements, on-chain wallet history, custodial reports, or equivalent financial documentation.

 

Unverified or self-reported capital is not considered sufficient for evaluation.

Professional Criteria

Membership is limited to individuals with real and demonstrable market participation.

 

Accepted profiles include active trading, portfolio management, investing, liquidity provision, OTC activity, or founder-level exposure to crypto markets.

 

A minimum of 2 years of consistent market activity is expected. Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of market structure, risk behavior, and capital deployment logic.

Behavioral Criteria

Beyond capital and experience, conduct and reputation are critical components of evaluation.

 

Applicants must demonstrate responsible market behavior, including disciplined participation, respect for confidentiality, and absence of manipulative or disruptive activity within professional or public ecosystems.

 

Aggressive promotion of low-quality assets, unsolicited solicitation, or behavior that compromises trust is considered a disqualifying factor.

Reasons for Rejection

Not all applicants are accepted, even if minimum thresholds are met.
